Today I had a patient that does studies on certain medical equipment.. I won’t be too  specific, but she mentioned to me that your pregnancy chances sky rocket after having polyps removed before an IVF cycle. I told her she made my day. We started talking about it because she had made a joke about her twins and we started talking about IVF. I had another patient who was pregnant and though she didn’t have IVF, we talked about her struggles to conceive. They both wished me luck. I’m feeling some good vibes from the universe right now. I want to cry! I think it’s the estrogen and progesterone. Just a few more days til transfer…
